General Advice

All rides are organized for Members and Friends of the group.  Everyone is riding at their OWN RISK AND it is compulsory to wear/carry all SAFETY Gear (helmet, gloves, Smartphone, cycling sunglasses and shorts). Please bring adequate food and drink for your riding needs. A GPS computer is recommended but not essential. Less experienced riders can message one of the admins for help and advice. General Advice

  1. Have 1-2 spare tubes
  2. Have sealing liquid in tires
  3. Ride tubeless
  4. Have a small multitool, levels  and a pump
  5. Use electrolyte drinks
  6. Consume one energy bar, gel or fruit every 1 hour of riding
